Ava Sabrina London Sex Change Cost: $50k and Counting!

Ava Sabrina London may be seen as trashy, after all she may very well be a home wrecker, but boy does she know how to work it.

The voluptuous transsexual at the heart of the Hank Baskett-Kendra Wilkinson infidelity scandal has gone a long way towards making herself look passable and then some. Her YouTube videos and online pictures show a very well-developed, curvaceous female.

But just who is Ava Sabrina London really? Is she an over-eager attention seeker, a misunderstood woman just trying to live her life authentically, or something in between?

To fully understand Ava Sabrina London, one must turn back the clock and get to know Paul. An insecure individual, Paul is known as Miss London today. Once the effeminate Paul became more confident, she stripped away her male identity and began transitioning her sex along with a few like-minded friends.

Ironically, now that all the attention is focused on her, TMZ reports that Ava has been getting harassed by reporters.

The Modesto, CA native talked to Radar Online and said she only has one regret surrounding her transition, which is not doing it sooner. And lucky for Ava Sabrina London, she wasn’t gay bashed (when male) or trans-bashed, at all.

“With all the stories you hear with gay bashing or beating up, my transition has been easy and I don’t regret anything,” she explained. “If anything, I would have transitioned earlier.”

Ava’s Sabrina London’s circumstances are not typical. Transitions are emotionally traumatic for many, and transgendered teens face high rates of homelessness and joblessness. No doubt that living in the melting pot that is Southern California eased the process for her.

“I always wished I was born a girl,” London said. “Everything I did to my sister, I did to myself. I did her make-up, her hair, styled her. I wished I was my sister. But I never thought I’d transition.”

London’s (ex?) boyfriend was more than supportive; he picked up the tab, all $50,000 worth of cosmetic enhancements. Whether or not he did it purely out of the goodness of his own heart is debatable. Breasts are breasts, right? Men in a similar situation might buy their girl’s a set of enhancements because they are selfish.

Good or naughty intentions aside, Miss London is very grateful.

“When I had all the money I was able to do it all at once,” London remarked. “I’ve been fortunate.”

It’s important to mention that Ava Sabrina London is a pre-operative transsexual, meaning that she still carries her male genitalia around, despite her large double D breasts, soft skin, and feminine voice.

And that one fact — that Miss London has a penis — is causing people to bash Hank Baskett in a multitude of ways. The most predictable of which is calling him”gay.”

Miss London’s genitalia is on everyone’s mind. When Radar asked about fully committing to her sex change, London said, “‘It’s not on my to-do list anytime soon.”

But that’s not to say that the idea hasn’t crossed Ava’s mind.

“I’ve thought about it,” she revealed. “But I’m very comfortable and confident in who I am. It’s not on my to-do list anytime soon.”

Yet, never say never.

“But not to say I’d never do it. I think I’m pretty much done for now. I don’t want to go overboard.”

If Ava Sabrina London does go through with it, would guys like Hank Baskett have any interest in her anymore? After all, it’s no surprise that most women have women parts. If Hank is looking to go on a trip to the wild kingdom, he likely would want to see some diversity.

So Ava has an interesting story, certainly one that tabloids love to run, but does she deserve sympathy and admiration?
