Beyonce Secret Wedding: Beyonce And Jay-Z Share Wedding Footage Amid Divorce Rumors
Jay-Z and Beyonce shared secret wedding footage on the big screens at their first “On The Run” tour stop on Wednesday night. According to The New York Daily News, video clips of the couple’s top-secret nuptials aired during the show — and they were met with loud cheers from the Sun Life Stadium crowd in Miami. This is the first time that the public has seen footage from the couple’s private wedding (which took place in 2008).
According to the report:
“With the dapper rapper dressed in a tux and the superstar singer donning a traditional white gown and veil, they are seen strolling down the aisle as man and wife in the clip.”
Beyonce and Jay-Z’s secret wedding was a big part of their tour. Throughout the night, outtakes from their sentimental wedding video were shown, and many fans filmed the clips and posted them online for the world to see. It was really a great time for Jay-Z and Beyonce to share their wedding memories with their fans, mainly because of all the negative rumors that have been swirling around their marriage.
As previously reported by The Inquisitr, there have been some very serious cheating allegations made against Jay-Z over the past few weeks. The latest involves an alleged affair with Mya, a singer popular in the late 90’s and early 00’s. Jay-Z has also been accused of stepping out on his wife with other women, including singer Rihanna.
The Beyonce secret wedding video could be a way for the couple to show that they are a unit and that these rumors and allegations are nothing but fiction. According to Mail Online, Bey and Jay are extremely private people. Their wedding nuptials were so private that they reportedly said “I do” in front of just 40 guests. Despite denying that they were married for months, the two had a very intimate wedding ceremony that they managed to keep out of the press and away from the paparazzi, which, of course, was the whole point.
As Mail Online points out, this isn’t the first time that Bey fans have seen the star’s wedding gown:
“Three years after Beyonce married Jay Z she revealed her wedding dress to the world in the video for her single, ‘I Was Here.’ She dedicated the song to her fans, and shared footage from some major milestones in her life, ranging from childhood home videos to her in her wedding dress.”
