Fantasia Barrino Announces Pregnancy… But Baby’s Daddy is Married to Someone Else!

Fantasia hasn’t had the most clean-cut post-idol experience. After a rocky run on Broadway following her AI success, the singer briefly hit the spotlight again… because her home down south went into foreclosure. Then Barrino was in the news again, this time for allegedly stealing someone’s husband and making a sex tape. It seemed, for a bit, that the drama llama may have followed Fantasia home.

Barrino stopped short of announcing that the father of her child is the still married Antwaun Cook- the boyfriend she was spotted vacationing with in Barbados back in June- when she made the following statement Sunday:

“You are the first person that I share this news with, and I share this with you because I can relate to you… And for a while I walked around figuring out ‘What will they say and what will they think about me?’ But now I tell you I don’t live my life for folk.”

…which is true- but an interesting statement in light of the fact she’d been spotted with Cook on vacation just a few weeks back, and his divorce is not yet final. Hmmm… do you think Fantasia’s babydaddy is Cook? Have you judged her for her possible role in the demise of his marriage?
