Miley Cyrus Gay Rights Tattoo: Actress/Singer Tells Haters ‘Only God Can Judge’

Former Disney teen queen Miley Cyrus has struck out against haters on Twitter, defending her decision to ink an “equals” sign on her finger as a symbol of gay rights and equality.

Cyrus, has several other spots of ink including another tattoo- a heart- on her finger, and a dreamcatcher on her ribcage. But her decision to ink to support gay rights has apparently riled up her Middle America base a little- and she told haters where to shove it on her Twitter account.

One ardent fan replied after seeing Miley’s picture of the tat on Twitter:

…look up Leviticus, 1 Corinthians. Read both chapters and tell me where God says homosexuality, incest, and polygamy is ok?

Cyrus proudly tweeted back:

where does it say in the bible to judge others? Oh right. It doesn’t. GOD is the only judge honey. “GOD is love”

The teenage fan of Cyrus expounded upon her reasoning on Twitter, telling one of the many people who hated on her after the fateful reply from Cyrus came:

To you it’s bigotry. To me it’s my opinion/beliefs.

Miley actually reached out and defended the young fan later in her Twitter timeline, saying:

Dude everyone lay off @MileyCyrusLuver Love u! Everyone is entitled 2 opinions! “if u don’t stand 4 something you’ll fall for anything.” ?

Do you like Miley’s new gay rights ink?
