Anna Hansen and Lance Armstrong to be parents

Cycling great Lance Armstrong and girlfriend Anna Hansen are to be parents.

Lance Amstrong’s charitable organization confirmed the pregnancy news after it first broke on Perez Hilton.

The news is more remarkable given Armstrong is a survivor of testicular cancer, and the baby was conceived naturally.

Amstrong has three children by ex wife Kristin Richards that were concieved using sperm the he had donated before the cancer treatment.

Armstrong and Hansen are said to be “thrilled” with the baby news.
