Teens Fall To Death From Balcony While Making Out

Two teens from London, England, fell to their deaths on Wednesday night, while making out on the sixth-story balcony of a building complex in the Deptford section of the city.

The 19-year-old girl and the 18-year-old boy, who have yet to be identified, were apparently kissing furiously on the balcony when they fell.

The Metropolitan Police in London said that, although they are investigating the incident, they don’t suspect foul play and there are no suspects who need to be questioned.

Insp. Shaun Carre-Brown said to reporters: “This appears to be a tragic accident and our thoughts go out to the families and those that knew them.”

Witnesses at the scene said they saw and heard the couple making out passionately on the balcony and then heard a loud scream followed by a loud noise.

Blessed Adedoyin, who was at the complex when the teens fell to their deaths, told The Standard:

They were kissing and getting quite intimate. He lifted her up and put her on to the edge of the balcony and she had her arms around his neck … and then suddenly they just went over together and fell

Adedoyin said that after she heard the screams she called for an ambulance:

I don’t know if she slipped or it was him pushing forward that took them both over, it just happened so quickly. I just can’t get the image out of my head. I thought it would be better today, but it’s not. I don’t know if what I saw will ever go away

The incident happened during a party at the complex but the management company said that the party was not considered to be rowdy.

Another witness who found the teenagers after they fell said it was clear he couldn’t help them in any way and waited for an ambulance to arrive.
