‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Season 5 Cast Status: One Contract Still Unsigned

As contract negotiations for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 5 comes to a close, one remains unsigned. All About The Real Housewives exclusively reports that Kyle Richards, Kim Richards, Brandi Glanville, and Yolanda Foster have signed on for season 5 with Bravo, but Lisa Vanderpump is mulling over her decision.

According to an “insider” speaking with AllAboutTRH:

“As of Friday, all the women except Carlton and Joyce have officially signed back on to the show. Everyone keeps asking Lisa if she has really quit or not, but she is taking her time before she confirms her return.”

Vanderpump felt ganged up on by the other women in season 4 of RHOBH and she’s unsure of her future with the show. Viewers knew this would be an issue when season 5 rolled around — and that’s holding true for now.

In spite of Lisa not yet signing her contract to stay on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 5, the source says she’ll still be on the show:

“Lisa feels genuinely sad by how the other women treated her last season, and so does her family. Although she is the only housewife who hasn’t signed back on fans can expect to see her back on the next season. Filming is set to start pretty soon and potential new housewives have been testing on camera, but Lisa is having some playful fun knowing that the show wants her more than she wants it. She is keeping busy with her spin off show which has been filming it’s third season, as well as promoting her new LVP Sangria.”

In a TMZ report out late last month, Andy Cohen is reportedly doing everything he can to keep Vanderpump on the show. Producers know how important Lisa is to the show and they don’t want her leaving. Her reality show, Vanderpump Rules, is also a Bravo hit. The show is now filming season 3.

Lisa was put on the spot during the season 3 reunion of RHOBH. Each of the women confronted her on problems they had with her — wanting her to admit fault somewhere along the line about their intense differences. The restaurant owner stood her ground and took the high road while everyone argued and disagreed on various topics.

Aside from all the expected drama, Lisa Vanderpump fans will be happy to know that she’ll be back on the show this year!

Carlton Gebbia and Joyce Giraud were fired from the show and won’t be back for season 5.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 5 premieres late Fall on Bravo and will air Monday nights.
