Justin Bieber Teases Emotional New Song, Is It For Selena Gomez?

Justin Bieber shares emotional, new song on Instagram after week long partying from Cannes to Monaco to New York.

Justin Bieber has teased an emotional, new song titled “It’s Working.”

The 20-year-old released the brief snippet early Sunday morning on Instagram.

The singer captioned it, “You know exactly what to do to hurt me.”

During the 15-second clip which shows a music program on a computer screen, the caption is revealed to be a lyric as Bieber sings over a dub beat:

“You know exactly what to do to hurt me / It’s working, It’s working.

Bieber’s new song teaser comes after a week of full-on partying in Cannes, France, during the city’s annual film festival.

Video and photographs of the singer enjoying a round of club nights with Rick Ross, Busta Rhymes, Brazilian model Adriana Lima, and a yacht party with rumored ex-flame Barbara Palvin seemed to show the Canadian having the time of his life in the South of France.

So, is Justin nursing a broken heart? Or is his latest song snippet just a fictional scenario?

Inevitably, fans and media alike wonder if “It’s Working” is an ode to former girlfriend Selena Gomez, currently holidaying in Nepal and reportedly seeking “mental peace” away from the American media.

Selena recently declared, “I’m taking my power back” in a bikini photo seen by many as a jibe about Justin.

The Latina starlet appeared to be the muse for multiple songs on Justin’s Journals album, and teases such as “Life Is Worth Living” back in March and possibly “Hard 2 Face Reality” which was released in April.

Then, Bieber sang: “Sometimes it’s hard to face reality/ Even though you might get mad at me / Don’t be afraid to stand alone/ Don’t be afraid to stand outside the door alone/ I know it’s hard away from home/ It ain’t easy all alone.”

On the same day Bieber unwrapped a hint of “It’s Working,” he posted a slew of Instagram snaps from Monte Carlo, Monaco, after leaving Cannes on a high note.

The “Baby” singer turned heads wearing a Dolce and Gabbana suit to the star-studded 21st Cinema Against AIDS amfAR Gala in Antibes, at which he donated $545K at the fundraiser.

In one of several photos noting the wonder of natural landscapes, Justin is pictured by rocks in Monaco at sunrise.

His caption read: “Went to watch the sunrise by the rocks. A moment I will never forget.”

Another photo showed Bieber shirtless on a yacht with caption that nodded to Will Ferrell’s fictional racer in Talladega Nights.

The singer attended a fashion show and yachted in Monaco over the Grand Prix weekend, returning to New York City by Sunday.

Meanwhile, Usher and Bieber were among guests at the Sunday wedding of Scooter Braun’s brother Adam to Tehillah Voslevitz.

Late Sunday, a clearly delighted Scooter tweeted:

At the wedding Bieber posed with his mentor, captioning it, “Me and my bro.”

Several fans subsequently met the heartthrob outside his NYC hotel on Monday morning.

As for whatever heartbreak Bieber may or may not be feeling, there appeared to no trace of it in two Vines he posted early on Monday, in which he hams up the classic “Amazed” — first made famous by Lonestar in 1999.

“I’m going country lol jk,” Justin wrote next to the first clip.

Bieber wrote, “I’m amazed by you” alongside the second.
