WWE News: WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall Checks Into Hospital For Unknown Reasons

WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall, known in WWE as Razor Ramon, recently checked into Emory-Adventist Hospital. According to Hall, his team asked him to get checked out due to some issues he was having lately. Scott Hall himself tweeted out:

@SCOTTHALLNWO: Following the recommendations of my team I checked into Emory-Adventist Hospital at Smyrna

The tweet has since been deleted for whatever reason, but we do know he went. There has been some concern about Hall over the last few weeks. While the WWE have not intervened in any way, word has it that some of his WWE friends have checked in on him. Hall was supposed to be at an event in California recently, but he declined to go.

Apparently Hall could not get out of bed to make it to the event, despite his manager, son Cody, and DDP trying to convince him. His partner in his health run Jake Roberts also expressed concern over Hall. Scott Hall has had several issues with drugs and alcohol in his past and many saw that he was doing great lately. He has had more success with this than he has at any rehabilitation facility the WWE has provided money for him to attend.

Scott Hall was always a special case; he simply could not stop his drug use. That was until DDP came along to show him another way. That is why Scott Hall is in the best position he has ever been in potentially. So it was concerning when he began to fall off the wagon for a bit from what many thought.

Turns out, it seems that Scott Hall was potentially under the weather and simply checked into the hospital to get a full evaluation to see what was wrong. He had this to say about the visit on Twitter:

“Several hours later after a complete battery of blood work and cardiac exams is was given clean bill of health”

Basically after Hall went in for the check up, he was put through several tests to see what was wrong. When he found out, he was released or simply left. His issues health-wise could simply be from a sickness going around or it could even be from the lack of drugs in his system and he is going through some other type of withdrawal.

It could simply be a depression, which at times can come from the lack of drugs for a former addict. This is especially true when they start to sit down and think about how much better they would feel with drugs in their system. Then boom, more problems occur.

Scott Hall is a former addict and he will continue to suffer through the fight to stay away from drugs his entire life, all addicts must. It might get easier at times, and other times it’ll be harder. This could be one of those hard times for Scott Hall and even for others out there in a similar position as him.

Hall did update us telling us he was fine via Twitter, which is good. He also made sure to thank the fans for their support. Whether or not he remains okay after this is yet to be determined. However, many wrestling fans want to see Scott Hall clean and healthy, and so does his friends and family. It will be hard, but people believe in him. So he can do it if he tries.
