Bristol Palin’s Mother-in-Law To Be Arrested on Drugs Charges

Sherry Johnston, the mother-in-law to be of Alaska’s favorite pregnant teen Bristol Palin has been arrested on drugs charges.

Bristol Palin, daughter of Alaska Governor and failed Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Parah came to prominence during the 2008 Election after it was disclosed that she was pregnant by her then boyfriend, now fiancee Levi Johnston. Bristol was (and to some extent still is) the center of unconfirmed allegations that she had already had a child, and that Sarah Palin had pretended the child was hers.

Sherry Johnston was arrested after officers served a search warrant on a Wasilla home, and is charged with six felony drug counts. Authorities have not disclosed the drug involved in the charges.

Sherry Johnston was released from jail on $5,000 bail.
