Miley Cyrus Dubs Birmingham The ‘Sluttiest City In The World’
Miley Cyrus effectively turned a legion of Hannah Montana fans into naughty flashers during her recent concert to Birmingham, England.
After spending some time in the hospital for a sinus infection gone horribly awry, the “Wrecking Ball” singer returned to the stage for the European leg of her Bangerz Tour. Thus far, her overseas excursion included riding a giant inflatable penis, date rape drug endorsement, and multiple references to marijuana. In other words, Cyrus is officially back in action.
According to the Daily Star, the former Hannah Montana star’s recent trip to Birmingham found Cyrus asking her female fans to flash their boobs during her show. Not surprisingly, there were plenty of ladies in attendance who were more than willing to fulfill that request.
When Miley discovered a sea of bare breasts bouncing in front of her, she decided to give the city a brand new title. However, most residents probably aren’t too happy about the declaration.
“Birmingham is officially the sluttiest city in the world!” she shouted.

Of course, this isn’t the first city to receive the unofficial Miley Cyrus Seal of Sluttiness. The singer proclaimed earlier this year that San Antonio was the sluttiest area of Texas, a sentiment that seemed to dazzle more than a few Twitter users.
