Seinfeld, with an estimated net worth of US $820 million, tops the combined list of wealthiest actors in the US and India by some margin – ahead of Tom Cruise, Johnny Depp and Tyler Perry. A surprising second place entry on the list is India’s Bollywood superstar, Shah Rukh Khan, who is far ahead of many Hollywood A-listers with a net worth of $600 million.
According to Wealth X, Seinfeld’s net worth jumped by $400 million after he signed various fifth syndication agreements for his eponymous TV Series “Seinfeld,” which originally ran from 1989 to 1998. The series continues to be shown on various TV channels and off-network outlets across the globe. Seinfeld has also appeared in various films – including an appearance in Bee Movie, an animated feature.
In the second spot, right behind Jerry Seinfeld, is Shah Rukh Khan, the popular superstar from India. With an estimated net worth of over $600 million, Shah Rukh Khan (or “King Khan” as he is also referred to) is far ahead of his Bollywood rivals. In fact, he is also ahead of most Hollywood actors. When he is not enthralling millions with his acting skills, Shah Rukh Khan doubles as a producer, a TV host, a co-owner of an Indian cricket club and a philanthropist. A veteran of over 50 Bollywood films, Shah Rukh Khan is also a regular at the annual Cannes Film Festival.

The list includes several Academy Award winners, including three-time Oscar winner Jack Nicholson. He is worth $400 million and is at the 7th spot. The oldest actor in the list is 84-year-old Clint Eastwood, who is estimated to have a personal fortune of $370 million. Tom Hanks is at the eight position. The “Philadelphia” and “Forrest Gump” star romps home with assets of $390 million.
