Facebook Falls On Its Face (Briefly)

Facebook hit a snag with a short-lived outage this morning.

Users were unable to access the site because of an unspecified glitch at the social networking company. All functionability has now been restored, according to a Facebook spokesperson.

The outage was long enough, though, to evidently cause panic attacks in some hardcore users, as CNET discovered via Twitter. Good times.
