Demi Lovato Experiences Some Paranormal Activity While On Tour
Did Demi Lovato have a close encounter of the paranormal kind during her “Neon Lights Tour”?
Fans of the singer were completely shocked when a photo of a ghostly visage lurking over her shoulder during a recent performance began making the rounds online. Even this writer was a little spooked by the image, though many skeptical individuals believed that there was a logical explanation for the frightening photo.
According to Sugarscape, some Demi Lovato fans feel that the supernatural being is following the singer around during her tour. Since this is the only pic of the figure currently available to fans, people are probably just trying to scare one another by adding a little flare to an admittedly creepy photo.

Other people were quick to bring another photo of Lovato into the conversation. In the pic below, there’s a mysterious ball of light floating near her head. Some people feel this image is photographic evidence of another ghostly encounter between Demi and the other side.

Since everyone believes that Demi Lovato is dangerously close to reenacting an installment of Paranormal Activity, the folks at MTV News decided to consult an expert about the photograph. Not surprisingly, the Center for Paranormal Investigation Association director Timothy Davis believes the singer isn’t in danger of becoming a victim of supernatural tomfoolery.
Davis offered up a number of explanations for the eerie face in the photograph. Here’s one of the reasons he thinks Lovato shouldn’t get too worried about the situation.
“This photo looks like it was taken with a cameraphone or lower-quality camera in a rather poorly lit space. Camera sensors will try to make patterns in dark areas to reduce the amount of information space needed when saving the photo to memory; this is called ‘compression.’ On lower quality sensors, this compression can lead to weird blotches appearing on solid colored areas, or where there is a dark area.”
