Kristen Stewart And Jennifer Lawrence Share A Laugh Over Rumored Love Triangle With Nicholas Hoult

Since Kristen Stewart agreed to co-star alongside Jennifer Lawrence’s man, Nicolas Hoult, there have been rumors a plenty that the two women have been at odds with each other. The two friends have allegedly even been caught up in a feud over Hoult, spurring further rumors of a possible love triangle.

According to Hollywood Life, a report by Star magazine in December of 2013 claimed that Lawrence was “fuming” over the fact that Hoult was in the running to star opposite Stewart in the up-coming Sci-Fi movie, Equals. “She doesn’t trust her (Stewart)” said a source close to Lawrence. Well, according to E! News, the Hunger Games star wants to put all those rumors to rest.

In a recent interview with Marie Claire magazine for their June 2014 issue, Lawrence reportedly laughed off the rumors of the feud between herself and gal-pal Kristen Stewart.

“There was something in a magazine, and I was like ‘Oh, my God, that’s hilarious,’ because Kristen and I are friends,” said Lawrence. “I actually texted her a picture of it and was like, ‘Just so you know, this is absolutely true.'”

Even if Jennifer Lawrence is confident that nothing romantic will happen between Kristen Stewart and Nicholas Hoult, is there really any wonder as to why the rumors sprung up in the first place? The Twilight star does have quite the history when it comes to working relationships turning into off-screen romances after all.

First, there was the whirlwind romance between Stewart and her Twilight co-star, Robert Pattinson. The two grew almost inseparable while on set filming the Twilight films. The two were an item for nearly three years before the couple officially hit a major snag in their relationship.

Many fans were devastated in July of 2012 when news first broke about Stewart’s affair with married director Rupert Sanders, who had been working with Kirsten on the movie Snow White and the Huntsman. According to an earlier report by The Inquisitr, Stewart felt unbelievably guilty for her “lapse in judgement.”

One source reportedly told People magazine that Stewart was feeling the guilt, saying of Kristen’s disposition, “Kristen is absolutely devastated. It was a mistake and a complete lapse in judgement.”

Hopefully Kristen Stewart learned her lesson about mixing work with pleasure, specially considering Nicholas Hoult and her are to play lovers in the movie Equals.
