Jennifer Lopez has no plans to go under the knife anytime soon.
Some people believe that the American Idol judge spends a lot of time and money on plastic surgery, though Lopez claims this isn’t the case. In fact, Jennifer is apparently terrified of surgically modifying her body in any way, shape, or form.
So how does Jennifer Lopez keep her famous backside so impossibly shapely? Has the singer stumbled across an ancient and mysterious ritual during her travels around the world? Is there a cream or ointment available over-the-counter at some obscure retailer tucked away in a far corner of the globe? Apparently Lopez manages to stay in shape the old-fashioned way.

“[You can achieve a good butt with regular upkeep] little by little — as opposed to letting it get away and pulling it back with a knife. I think you can do it with eating healthy things and working out,” Jennifer Lopez explained during her chat with Australian radio station 2DayFM.
She added, “I’ve always been quite an athlete. From very young, I used to run track and do tennis. For me, it’s always about getting into the gym or getting out there and just running outside — whatever it takes to kind of just, keep it all together. I think you can do that with good… you know, eating healthy things and working out, and you don’t have to go crazy, you don’t have to be a fanatic but just upkeep little by little.”
According to DNA, Jennifer Lopez will do just about anything to make sure her famous rump stays in tip-top condition. The Out of Sight star definitely wants to keep everything looking fantastic, but she’s not heading to a plastic surgeon anytime soon. Lopez apparently has to draw the line somewhere.
“I’m terrified of anything like that, like going under, I would be like, ‘No, don’t put me to sleep,'” Lopez explained.

Jennifer Lopez is hitting up as many radio stations as she possibly can to help promote the new single “First Love.” The track is the latest release from the singer’s upcoming album, her first proper collection of tunes since 2011’s Love? Are you surprised the singer doesn’t keep in shape with a little help from her neighborhood plastic surgeon?
