Jessica Alba Talks Pregnancy, Spy Kids 4

While many moms will agree that maintaining one’s fashion sense during pregnancy can become quite a pain in the rump, actress Jessica Alba doesn’t seem to be dealing with that issue, as the Fantastic Four star’s maternity clothing choices have been described as chic and dazzling.

However, the issue of “what to wear” isn’t the only thing that Alba seems to have a firm grasp of – in a recent interview with US Weekly, Alba revealed that her current pregnancy has been much easier than the previous one.

“It’s just simply not as daunting of a process. Before everything was happening for the first time and it’s like, ‘What’s going on?’ and ‘What does this mean?’” she said. “I would look everything up online, I had all my books; I diagnosed myself with everything that can go wrong. Of course nothing went wrong, thank God! I guess I’m sort of more at ease with it all.”

The 30-year-old actress, who is expecting her second child later this year, will be also lighting up the big screen in the family-friendly flick Spy Kids 4, slated to hit theaters August 19th.

Jessica, who plays mom to the “Spy Kids” in the upcoming Robert Rodriguez film, admitted that being a mother actually helped out with her role in the movie.

“I took lot from personal experience, I think it was all personal experience,” she said. “It was a much nicer, cleaner, prettier version, being in a Robert Rodriguez movie, he polishes everything up and makes it look really cool and slick and awesome and in real life it’s just simply not that pretty.”
