Battlefield Heroes celebrates two year anniversary with new map, gifts

In celebration of the two year anniversary of EA‘s lighthearted take on the Battlefield universe, Battlefield Heroes, the publisher will be gifting fans with a new, yet immediately familiar (for Battlefield veterans, at least) map later this month: Wake Island.

EA will also be giving two “Party Packs”, one Royal and one National, to every user that logs in between now and end-of-day on July 7. Included in the packs will be 77 Battlefunds, 25 Festive Flares, a permanent Party Hat, and a seven day pass to prance around the battlefield in your birthday suit, if that’s your thing.

Additionally, EA boasted in the press release that Battlefield Heroes has now been fully translated in eight new languages: French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish and Russian.
