Bravo renews Real Housewives of Atlanta

Bravo has renewed reality series The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

The decision to renew the show, the third in a series following The Real Housewives of Orange County and The Real Housewives of New York City came after high ratings for the series, averaging 1.3 million adults 18-49 over its first season for 1.5 million total viewers. According to Variety, the seasons reunion special attracted 2.8 million viewers.

The series follows the professional, social and family lives of five primarily wealthy women who live in the suburbs of Atlanta.
