Did Lindsay Lohan Really Get Drunk At Coachella?
Lindsay Lohan just can’t escape rumors about her sobriety these days.
The troubled actress claims that she bid farewell to the world of drinking and drugs following her stint in rehab last year. However, recent reports suggest Lohan was boozing it up at the Coachella music festival over the weekend.
Not surprisingly, most of the gossip surrounding Lindsay Lohan and her ongoing struggle with addiction arrived courtesy of a few anonymous sources. As such, it’s best to treat this info as though you found it floating in a gutter near your home.
“She looked completely out of it. She couldn’t stand up straight and she was frantically chain smoking cigarettes. The group was standing in a small cabana, booth type thing and one of the friends was making regular trips to the bar,” one such insider told the gossip mongers over at In Touch.
The source continued, “I overheard the friend order four vodka sodas and when he carried them back to the group. He handed one to Lindsay and she started drinking it. She didn’t seem to care who saw and none of the group seemed concerned.”
Of course, not everyone seemed determined to confirm rumors that Lindsay Lohan had fallen off the proverbial wagon. The Daily Mail reports that the actress was spotted sipping water during her time backstage at Coachella. The site also explained that Lindsay brought along her sister Ali to make sure she stayed on the straight and narrow.

More rumors making the rounds on gossip sites claim that Lindsay Lohan isn’t giving folks a genuine glimpse into her daily life while filming her OWN series. A different anonymous source told The Hollywood Gossip that the actress spent most of her time on the docu-series completely drunk.
“Lindsay agreed to be authentic and give the cameras full access to her life, but she didn’t. Instead, she didn’t film when she agreed to and did almost no publicity for the show,” the insider explained, adding that Lohan is presently “100 percent broke.”
The Inquisitr previously reported that Lindsay’s sobriety coach refused to cough up any details about her struggle with drugs and alcohol. When asked point blank if Lohan was clean, Michael Cormier pretty much avoided the question.
“You know, I don’t know whether or not — the truth is that… I’m not going to discuss whether or not Lindsay is still sober. That is between Lindsay and Lindsay. I have no hard evidence that she’s not,” he said.
For the moment, it’s probably best to give Lindsay Lohan the benefit of the doubt. If she’s honestly trying to get her life in order, then picking her apart without any concrete evidence certainly won’t help the situation.
