Mila Kunis And Ashton Kutcher Plan Weekend Trip To Iowa To Visit Family

It’s been quite the weekend whirlwind for Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher. Off the heels of Mila Kunis’ engagement and subsequent pregnancy news, the jet setting pair left their love nest in Los Angeles to visit Ashton Kutcher’s family in his hometown of Iowa for the weekend.

This isn’t the first time the pair have visited Iowa. During the holiday season the pair were spotted at an Iowa-Penn State wrestling match. The pair spent a lengthy holiday vacation getting reaquainted with Kutcher’s folks. According to reports, Mila and Ashton spent Christmas for the second year in a row in Iowa. The year prior they visited Kutcher’s family in Cedar Rapids for a lengthy vacation.

The couple also went back to Iowa for the fourth of July and rode in a monster stuck during the Oxford Iowa parade. At the time the two looked carefree and happy as they threw candy out the window.

As for the news of their engagement and pregnancy, don’t expect Mila Kunis or Ashton Kutcher to publicly announce anything, or speak about the exciting news at length. A source told E!that this is a private celebration, and one that they will be very mindful of protecting from the media.

“She and Ashton don’t want to share this with the world. They’ve been like that for their entire relationship. Ashton knows what it’s like having a very public relationship and doesn’t want it again.”

Now that the inevitable has happened and news about the couple expecting was leaked out, a source said that it was only a matter of time before Kunis and Kutcher shared the news with their families.

“They kept it a secret as long as they could. But obviously, she’s been started to show so it was just a matter of time in recent days.”

As for their upcoming nuptials a source told US Weekly that they aren’t in a rush to make their way down the altar, despite previous reports that they were eager.

“There is no rush to get married. The wedding will be very intimate and private.”

In addition, a source close to the couple told New York Daily News:

“Ashton wants this marriage and relationship to be perfect. They’ve been together for a while. This is what they wanted and they will have a beautiful baby. I think they are both ready to be parents. I think they’ll be great parents.”
