Zayn Malik Recalls One Of The Most Embarrassing Moments Of His Life

Zayn Malik recently recalled one of the most embarrassing moments in his life.

While some of you are probably settling in for something really juicy, we should warn you beforehand that this article doesn’t contain anything over-the-top. In fact, Malik’s tale only contains a little puke and humiliation. While the guy was probably mortified by the experience, it’s really not all that bad in the grand scheme of things.

According to Fan2, the singer recently shared this chunk of barf-oriented information during a chat with Top of the Pops magazine. The legend begins at a school assembly, an event that found the One Direction singer with a bit of an upset tummy.

“I felt really ill in school assembly once. I didn’t want to say anything because I was trying to be cool, but then I was sick!” he told the publication.

After spewing all over himself during the assembly, Zayn Malik had to endure the walk of shame through the school. Unreality TV explains that the singer encounter quite a few snarky individuals as he made the journey through the halls.

“It was the most embarrassing thing because the whole hall was looking at me like, ‘What a weirdo!’ I had to be taken out by a teacher. That’s probably the most embarrassing thing that’s ever happened to me,” Zayn explained to the magazine.

However, school wasn’t a total wash for Malik. Fan2 points out that the One Direction heartthrob had a very unique encounter with British singer-songwriter Jay Sean several years ago. When asked what he thought about One Direction, Sean said he “loved them.” That’s when the Zayn Malik story bubbled to the surface.

“About six years ago, I was doing talks in schools about music and how to get into the entertainment industry. I went to this school and I asked them if there were any singers in the audience. This little kid put his hand up. I was like, ‘Come up here mate.’ He was nervous and shy,” Sean explained.

He continued, “I was like, ‘Come on. Are you gonna sing a song with me?’ He was like, ‘Yeah. We’ll sing one of yours.’ We sang one of my songs together and it was of course Zayn Malik. He messaged me a while back saying, ‘I dunno if you remember me from school but thank you for that moment.’ Now look at him, he’s got more followers on Twitter than me!”
