Arnold Schwarzenegger, Hulk Hogan, Joe Manganiello Pummel The Miz On WWE RAW

Arnold Schwarzenegger starred in Monday nights edition of WWE RAW in Brooklyn, New York, where he stood in the ring alongside wrestling legend, Hulk Hogan, and his Sabotage co-star, Joe Manganiello.

Of course, this trio of brutes weren’t just going to stand idly by and chit-chat, but it was only after the introduction of The Miz that Hogan, Schwarzenegger and Manganiello showed off their strength.

After they’d originally made their way into the ring, Hogan introduced these “monsters” to his “Hulkamaniacs,” which then saw Schwarzenegger proclaim in his unique Austrian drawl, “Well let me tell you it is wonderful to be back again.” As you’d expect the rampant crowd responded by chanting his name profusely.

Schwarzenegger then referenced the fact that last year he inducted Bruno Sammartino into the wrestling hall of fame, before he declared that he couldn’t believe he was in the ring with Hulk Hogan.

The action icon also homoerotically paid tribute to Hogan’s bulging biceps, which Hulk lapped up. However, when he introduced Manganiello the Brooklyn crowd decided to boo the actor, but this didn’t perturb him from praising the two legends alongside him.

Schwarzenegger then discussed his friendship with Andre the Giant and Hogan’s upcoming Battle Royal at Wrestlemania 30 which is dedicated to the gigantic star of The Princess Bride. In fact, Schwarzenegger even asked if he and Manganiello could take part in the eagerly anticipated bout.

However, before Hogan could answer their question they were rudely interrupted by The Miz, who informed the two guests that they were simply actors who played tough guys, and that he was the real deal.

The Miz then insisted that he would win the Battle Royal at the most anticipated wrestling event of the year, before Hogan decided to give the young upstart a quick reminder that despite his age he still possesses a hefty punch.

However, this was only after Manganiello had stepped to the fore and told The Miz that if he wanted the trio to leave he’d have to make them. He then pushed the wrestler, blocked his punch and gave him a gut shot, that was then accompanied by a back slap from Schwarzenegger before Hogan threw him over the top rope and out of the ring.

While it was hardly pulsating viewing, it was good to see two bona-fide 80’s icons, in Hogan and Schwarzenegger, standing alongside each other.
