Justin Bieber Sings ‘Life Is Worth Living Again,’ We Hear ‘With Selena Gomez’

Justin Bieber’s rumored rap album will have to wait. “Life Is Worth Living,” is the latest song the singer shared 15 seconds of over the weekend and it’s black and white keys all the way.

The 20-year-old shared the track with the caption, “Life is worth living again,” and it appears to be the result of recent studio sessions he has tweeted about.

Naturally, every single media outlet and fans alike are speculating that Bieber’s newfound va va voom is down to reuniting with a certain Selena Gomez. And we have to say we agree the Latina’s reappearance is most likely the source of his happiness.

The piano-backed mid-tempo is sung with emotion by Bieber, but the still taboo punch of a title that implies there has been a time when he didn’t feel as if he could go on is lifted by the song’s optimistic feel.

The chorus lyric reads, “Life is worth living, life is worth living — so live another day.”

The snippet is brief and it could turn out to be just another pleasant ditty, but we’re interested to hear the rest and hopefully be blown away.

More importantly, we’re glad to see that Bieber isn’t down for the count given his legal woes and recent difficult deposition in Miami on March 6, followed by inevitable Internet mockery.

We should probably hedge our bets and say Bieber is ecstatic over his reported, alleged, apparent reunion with Gomez.

But, who are we kidding? Every girl and woman alive from Tel Aviv to Tennessee knows you don’t dance in a video with a guy like this unless you getting “jiggy.”

And it’s great. It’s natural, it’s sweet. It’s yet another twist in the Jelena saga, and if nothing else it’s a break in the dark clouds for Justin, who – lets face it – could do with it right now.

Everything seemed to kick off last Friday, March 7, although obviously there must have been developments beforehand.

Bieber was spotted looking intense (when isn’t he?) at Miami International Airport the day after his deposition.

Next thing, he’s spotted in Gomez’s home state Texas. The starlet was in town for two shows, her first since a brief stint in rehab back in January.

The pair reportedly hung out at a Starbucks in McAllen, Texas. Selena posted a picture from the branch, with Bieber out of view.

Then it all went completely Endless Loveeven down to the reported family disapproval — and Justin and Selena were sighted kissing all over Rio Grande Valley.

There was an even a mini-riot in a mall when fans thought Bieber was in a Foot Locker. In the end, local police had to shut the mall down.

Frankly, Bieber and Gomez’s was like every high school girl’s dream weekend. There was a Mexican breakfast, perfume store, flowers.

There was even a two-hour dance session.

Mr. Romantic then dedicated his songAs Long As You Love Me,” to Selena — who was at the side of the stage — just before singing at at SXSW during a Tori Kelly-led acoustic show in Austin, Texas.

Yes. It seems “Life Is Worth Living,” again and that apparently includes getting tatted. A lot.

Last Thursday, Bieber tweeted (later deleting) a shot of himself inked with an impression of Banksy’s famous “Balloon Girl” on his right arm. It was inked in Toronto Wednesday night by Canadian tattoo artist Glenn Hartless.

It even drew a response from the elusive, British artist who posted a picture of Bieber with the tattoo with the caption, “Controversial” — at his Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Most media outlets appear to have decided the comment was a slam.

But it’s also ambivalent, and in Banksy’s world controversial is a good thing. So who knows?

Bieber followed up with a mammoth inking session until around 5 am Saturday, then posted an Instagram shot of himself surrounded by a group of young male fans as he played an arcade dance game.

It was captioned, “Everyone has someone they look up to.” Rather than interpreting that as expression of arrogance as some have, we understood it as Pop Crush did.

That Bieber “recognizes that he is a role model –- whether he likes it or not — and that kids look up to him.”

Bieber posted an Instagram video Monday after tweeting he had been in a recording studio for “24 hours straight (sic.)”

The clip showed his choreographer Nick Demoura dancing to Justin’s Journals track “All Bad,” and is captioned,

“@nickdemoura killin s**t while I get tatted.”

After his traumatic deposition, it seems Justin has found solace in music and yet more body art.

It will be interesting to see what’s revealed.

This is a perilous time for the Life Is Worth Living Again singer. But at least Bieber’s spirits are up, and it seems clear this is due in no small part to Gomez.

Are you pleased Justin and Selena have reunited?
