No Jail For Lindsay Lohan After Breaking The Law AGAIN!!!

We’ve known for a very long time that the Los Angeles court system loves to let celebrities off with a slap on the wrist but this Lindsay Lohan situation is getting out of control. The oft-in-trouble star was caught drinking alcohol earlier this month while on house arrest and on Thursday the court let her off with another slap on the wrist.

Lohan’s new BFF Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner reprimanded the starlet before being told that her drinking was not in violation of her 2007 DUI charge because Lohan’s alcohol test was not enough to prove that Lohan had violated any rules of her probation.

“If there is an ambiguity it gets resolved in favor of the defendant,” the judge said, “What you are guilty of is extremely poor judgment – having parties on the roof. You are not allowed to have parties. … You can have one friend over. That is it.”

Apparently serving a home arrest in California means you can drink all you want, have friends over and pretty much live a regular life without leaving your home. It’s a good thing Lohan is getting the rehabilitation she desperately needs from the joke of a Los Angeles court system.
