Jessica Lange Lands New Job With Marc Jacobs Beauty
Jessica Lange recently landed a new gig, and there’s nothing remotely horrific about it.
The American Horror Story star was recently tapped as the new face for Marc Jacobs Beauty. Since the actress famously decided to bid farewell to the world of acting in a couple of years, Jessica found a different way to put food on the table.
As is the case these days, Marc Jacobs Beauty decided to announce Jessica Lange’s involvement with the company on social media. Instead of a press release, the actress’ new role came to light in a post on Twitter.

According to USA Today, Jessica Lange definitely has the support of Today show co-hosts Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford. Kotb was quick to commend such companies as Lucky Brand and L’Oreal for hiring Lauren Hutton and Diane Keaton, respectively.
“You know what they all have? They all have beautiful bone structure. And none of them look like they’ve had tons done to them. They still look like themselves,” Gifford recently explained.
The San Francisco Chronicle points out that Jessica Lange isn’t the only older actress to score a major advertising gig in recent days. According to the publication, 68-year-old actress Charlotte Rampling was recently selected by makeup company NARS as the face of the 20th anniversary ad campaign.
Unfortunately for fans of American Horror Story, Jessica Lange probably won’t return for another season. Although series co-creator Ryan Murphy said the actress always says she won’t come back, Jessica told Buzzfeed that she’s done with the show after season four.
“That’ll be it,” Lange explained to the outlet.
The renowned actress said about the fourth season:
“Even the actors, we don’t know what’s coming up. So it’s kind of like,
How are we going to resolve this relationship?’ or ‘Where is it going to go from here?’ In a way, it’s kind of interesting to do it that way. You don’t have the whole blueprint in front of you from the beginning so you’re making your best judgment as you go along, but you never know for sure what’s going to happen.”
