Researchers at John Hopkins University School of Medicine believe they have found just the right dosage of psychedelic mushrooms to help people with anxiety, depression, PTSD and various other conditions.
According to the researchers their dosage is meant to fend off “bad trips” and produce long-lasting effects when the drug is properly managed.
The group has not yet revealed what that dosage is, however they say the dosage will be published then their findings are revealed in the next week.
To perform their study volunteers were given the drug in a controlled environment over four sessions. One year later 94% of those tested said it was the most spiritual experience of their lives, while 89% reported long-term positive changes in their well-being and overall behavior.
