Simon Cowell, Lauren Silverman Leave Hospital With Baby Eric
Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman were spotted leaving the hospital two days after welcoming baby Eric Phillip into the world on Valentine’s Day. Simon couldn’t have been more proud to welcome the new baby into the world from what we’ve seen him posting to his 9.47 million Twitter followers.

According to People, Simon was seen carrying his new born son out of the hospital with new mommy, Lauren. A witness told People that “Simon was carrying a sleeping Eric in his car seat. Lauren looked absolutely amazing and very pretty – it was hard to believe she had given birth less than 48 hours prior. She kept smiling.”
Simon and Lauren have a lot to be proud of, and Cowell has no shame in posting photos of little Eric to his Twitter feed.

According to E! News, the couple named their son after Simon’s father, Eric Selig Phillip Cowell. In an earlier report by The Inquisitr, a source told Mirror that “You couldn’t take the smile off Simon’s face. Ever since he walked in the hospital he was beaming from ear-to-ear. Lauren was so happy to see him when he walked in. It is the perfect Valentine’s gift any couple could have.”
Reports state that Simon got the call from girlfriend Lauren sometime Thursday evening that the baby was well on its way. According to The Inquisitr, Simon raced from London to New York as soon as he got word so he could be by Lauren’s side for the arrival of their little boy, who was born Friday evening. “Eric Cowell was born at 17:42 pm New York time, in Lenox Hill Hospital.”
