Terrell Owens’ New Wife Demanding Divorce After TWO-WEEK Marriage

Terrell Owens is making headlines yet again. This time, things are no better! According to TMZ, the former NFL wide receiver and his new bride Rachel Snider are already headed for divorce. But, here’s the kicker: They’ve only been married for TWO WEEKS.

The publication reports that Owens and Snider actually tied the knot on Thursday, Jan. 23, at a secret ceremony. The couple married at a Newhall, CA courthouse. However, Snider has already reportedly moved out of the couple’s California home. She’s also making gratuitous strides to expedite her divorce filings.

Snider spoke exclusively with publication to offer insight on the downfall of their short-lived romance. She revealed that she’s come to the conclusion that money was Owens motivation for their marriage. Owens had ulterior motives in marrying Snider, as he used her to acquire a mortgage loan of approximately $2 million for a home in Sherman Oaks, CA.

“I felt in love… and now I feel betrayed and heartbroken,” Snider says.

“I really valued his love and friendship for 5 years. Out of the love in my heart, I tried to help him. We had a secret relationship for 5 years and I married him for love,” she said.

Its definitely no secret that Owens has had his fair share of monetary woes, as his financial status has been well-documented over the past few years. According to Complex Magazine, in 2012 T.O. had reportedly bombed his finances, running through more than $80 million dollars that he acquired throughout his professional football career. So, his motive she is insinuating may be justifiable.

While no further details have been released, one can only hope that Snider had a prenuptial agreement in place before hitching herself to T.O.’s wagon. If she didn’t take the proper legal actions, this monetary battle may be far from over!

TMZ has made an effort to contact Owens for comment, but have not received a response as of yet.
