Jennifer Lopez Might Not Marry Again

Jennifer Lopez has admitted that she might not get married again, even though she is currently loved up with her new boyfriend, Casper Smart.

Lopez insisted that Smart is “fantastic” with her twins Max and Emme, but she also confirmed that she doesn’t know if she is ready to say “I do” for the fourth time.

While speaking to reporters at the American Idol panel during the Winter TCA press tour, Lopez explained, “I’m one of those people who does not like to be alone. I have no shame saying that at this point in my life. I think we have to own who we are.”

This was then followed up with a question about whether or not she might be walking down the aisle with Smart soon. However, she both dismissed this idea, while also leaving the door open for it to occur in the future.

“I don’t know. We’ll see. I don’t know,” she remarked. “You know, I’ve always believed in that institution. I believe in it, but it is difficult. I’ve had my challenges, but at the same time I believe in love, and I think that is the main thing.”

However, she couldn’t help but gush over how good Smart is with her children.

She explained, “I don’t like the word father figure, but he’s fantastic with the kids and he helps me very much with my work. It was his idea, he knew I had the idea to do “Same Girl,” and go shoot that in the Bronx and he was like, ‘When are we going to be in New York again? Come on I’ll do it with you, let’s go do it. Let’s put that dream down for you.’ And he basically produced it with me, so he’s fantastic in that way.”

Lopez has had a “transformative year,” as she also returned to the American Idol judging panel too, with her return being broadcast for the first time last night.

The singer admitted, “That was such a transformative year for me in so many ways. I had just divorced, I went on tour with the kids, and I left Idol. All my security blankets were gone, and I was out there doing something I had never done before.”

She also added that she was appear to get through this period thanks to the support of her family and friends, stating, “I was surrounded by love and family. I really grew. My goal was not to come out the other side and just survive it but grow as a human being as well as an artist, and I felt I did. I learned a lot.”
