Avril Lavigne and Ex-Husband Deryck Whibley Put Bel-Air Mansion On The Market

Pop superstar Avril Lavigne and her ex-husband Deryck Whibley have placed their $9.5 million Bel-Air home on the open market, Lavigne petitioned for divorce from Whibley two years ago.

For $9.5 million the new home owner will receive eight bedrooms and 10 1/2 bathrooms. The home also boats a wine cellar, 10-car garage, gym, sauna and a covered outdoor living room that opens out onto a swimming pool with hot tub and built-in barbeque.

The home is the same one that was featured on Meet The Barkers because it was formerly owned by Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker who also got divorced while living in the home, but that’s probably not the best selling point.
