Chris Brown Attends Toy Drive, Returns To Rehab Without Incident

Chris Brown recently attended a toy drive in Melrose on Sunday. According to reports, the rapper’s appearance at the event went down without a single problem.

Brown was given a handful of rules to follow during his brief excursion out of rehab. In addition to only appearing at the toy drive between the hours of 1 pm and 4 pm, officials ordered the rapper to return to the facility as soon as the event was over. A bit of leeway was given to allow for travel to and from Melrose Avenue.

According to E! Online, Chris Brown and the Brooklyn Projects toy drive provided plenty of new toys to kids who wouldn’t otherwise receive anything this Christmas. The rapper also took a moment during the event to pose for photos with several fans.

“Thank you to all the fans who brought gifts for the kids today. Have a wonderful holiday. You’ve made a merry Christmas for a young child!” Brown tweeted shortly after attending the event.

Judging from some of the images floating around Twitter at the moment, this year’s toy drive was a huge success. Check out some photos and video from Sunday’s event embedded below.

The folks over at Gossip Cop report that Chris Brown promptly returned to the rehab facility after the toy drive came to a close. The rapper is currently serving a 90-day stint at the center to deal with his anger issues. Another progress hearing is currently scheduled for this February.
