Gareth Bale Is ‘Incredible’ According To Teammate Cristiano Ronaldo

Gareth Bale has been labeled “incredible” by none other than teammate Cristiano Ronaldo. Great praise coming from the mouth of one of the best players in the world.

After Ronaldo injured his hamstring a couple of weeks ago, Gareth Bale had to step in as Real Madrid’s striker and carried his team to victory in an impressive performance. Since coming to Real Madrid, earlier this year, Gareth Bale has scored nine goals in 14 appearances. Gareth Bale came to Real Madrid from the English club Tottenham in a record breaking deal worth a reported $132 million for six years.

It wouldn’t be unusual if there was friction, having two stars of the caliber of the Welshman and Ronaldo on the same team. However, this is simply not the case. The Real Madrid teammates seem to have nothing but respect for each other as indicated by their recent statements. As a matter of fact, Cristiano Ronaldo is delighted with his new teammate.

Speaking to beIN Sport, he said:

“What he is doing is incredible. He had a difficult start partly due to a small injury that he suffered.”

“Also, he had great pressure on him but now he is in great form and we are all helping him. The fans love him now and he is a fantastic player who will help us to win trophies.”

When Bale was forced to fill in for the Portuguese captain, many were nervous about how he would perform, but the Welsh striker silenced doubters with a hat trick. For Ronaldo, it has been comforting to know even if he is out with an injury, Gareth Bale can take over and carry Real Madrid to victory.

Bale’s mom says her son is living the dream and praises Ronaldo, whom she calls “absolutely brilliant” for making his transition easy by helping him to settle into his new surroundings. As a sign that things are working out for him, Gareth Bale has reportedly sold his Essex mansion after moving to the much warmer weather in Spain.

For now, Gareth Bale and his teammates continue their campaign in the Champions League after finishing in first place in their group. Ronaldo is the first player to score nine goals in the groups stage, Bale is playing brilliantly, and Real Madrid’s future is bright.
