Chris Brown Spends Thanksgiving With Girlfriend Karrueche Tran
Chris Brown didn’t have to spend Thanksgiving in rehab all by himself.
The troubled singer is currently spending a 90 days inside a live-in rehabilitation center to deal with his anger issues. Since he wasn’t allowed to take a trip beyond the facility’s front doors, Brown’s girlfriend Karrueche Tran decided to bring the festivities to him.
According to the folks at the Daily Mail, Tran reportedly brought Chris Brown an entire Thanksgiving dinner. The pair celebrated the event by posing for a picture together, an image that later found its way onto Instagram. You can see the photograph below.
Of course, Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran’s Thanksgiving get-together didn’t escape the inevitable reports from “anonymous sources” who claimed to have witnessed the entire encounter firsthand. According to someone who recently spoke to Hollywood Life, Tran didn’t skimp on the fixings.
“She made him everything. She brought the boy a home-cooked turkey, yams, cranberry stuffing, black-eyed peas — the works. He was thankful and real receptive to her. He told her, ‘Babe, I’m thankful for everything that is you. Thanks for looking after me and I love you,'” the source revealed.
The insider added, “She was completely moved by what he said. She said she couldn’t stop crying and that her hands were shaking.”
Another anonymous individual previously told Hollywood Life that Chris Brown’s stint in rehab wouldn’t affect his relationship with Karrueche Tran. Despite all of the problems the guy has faced in recent months, she appears willing to stay by his side.
“They were together afterwards and she held his hand when they walked out, and in the car ride home, he laid his head on her shoulder,” the insider added.
The source continued, “Karrueche told him, ‘Keep your head up and stop thinking about what everyone else is saying. Focus and get all this s*** done so you can put it all behind you. Don’t worry, I’m here.’ She was hoping that would lift him up.”
According to The Urban Daily, Chris Brown recently returned to rehab after he was allegedly kicked out of a different facility for throwing a violent temper tantrum. Although many believed he could face jail time for his behavior, the singer was later ordered to check into a live-in rehabilitation center for a total of 90 days.
