Kendall Jenner Denies Harry Styles Dating Rumors, He Says Otherwise

Keeping Up with the Kardashian’s star, Kendall Jenner, has had some kind of week since rumors began running rapid after her ‘romantic outing’ with One Direction singer, Harry Styles. The two were spotted leaving Craig’s in Los Angeles last Wednesday on Nov. 20. Styles, 19, and Jenner, 18, drove away in his black Range Rover. After news of the outing hit the Web, the stories started pouring in. However, the upcoming fashion model is finally breaking her silence to address the rumors and speculation.

When E! News co-anchor, Guilana Rancic, asked Jenner of her relationship status with the “Story of My Life” singer, she clearly refuted the claims saying, “There’s no story, we’re friends. He’s cool.” So, there it is. The two are just friends, and the dinner outing was absolutely innocent. Jenner addressed the rumors on the red carpet at the American Music Awards, where her younger sister, Kylie, also chimed in to simply state her admiration for the band. “I haven’t met them all,” she told E!. “But the few I’ve met are amazing. They’re really, really nice guys.” So, that’s it, right? Not exactly!

Now, here’s the intriguing part: the British singer’s response to the question was a bit different from Jenner’s. According to Fox News, TV personality, Piers Morgan actually inquired with Styles on Nov. 23, just a day after his ‘date’ with the reality TV starlet. Styles wasn’t as direct or definite in his effort to diffuse the rumors. He actually may have made speculation even worse. When Morgan asked him if he was dating Jenner, he simply replied, “No.” However, he quickly changed his tune. “I guess,” said Styles. Then, he went on to babble even more, contradicting himself yet again. “We went out to dinner. I don’t know. I don’t know,” he stammered.

If Styles’ response is anything to go by, it seems that the two haven’t quite figured out exactly what the relationship is yet. So, although Jenner denied the rumors, his response didn’t give hers much finality. They’re budding friendship may be one fans will just have to watch. Either the two will continue to grow as friends, or their relationship will evolve into something more. Everyone will just have to wait it out and see.
