Miley Cyrus’ House Burglarized The Day Before Her Birthday
When Miley Cyrus was planning to have a celebration for her twenty-first birthday, she probably wasn’t anticipating a burglar to strike her home, but that’s exactly what happened.
A day before Miley’s big birthday, a burglar decided to break into her home and steal Cyrus’ possessions. According to TMZ the burglary went down on Friday afternoon in Studio City. Although the possessions weren’t detailed, it’s believed that the thief made off with a few pieces of Miley Cyrus’ jewelery.
As of right now it’s not clear how the thief got into Miley Cyrus’ home given that the singer most likely has an elaborate security system. Fortunately the birthday girl wasn’t in her home at the time of the robbery, and nobody else is said to have been in the house either. Although the thief did take Cyrus’ jewelery, it could have ended in a tragic way.
As far as Miley’s birthday plans, things went off without a hitch for the 21-year-old. Although Cyrus has had a wild year, between the VMAs, bleaching her brows, and her fall out with her ex-fiance Liam Hemsworth, Cyrus’ birthday seemed to be a pretty mellow celebration if going by her Twitter posts. She celebrated her birthday on Saturday with some serious cuddling with her pooches. The “Wrecking Ball” singer showed off her birthday pals on Twitter:

Even though Cyrus’ birthday seemed to be very mellow, it didn’t seem like a complete and total drag, as she showed off her new gifts from her friend, designer, Marc Jacobs:

If that’s not enough MTV is celebrating Miley’s birthday by airing a special called “21 Candles: Miley’s MTV Moments” and a re-airing of her documentary Miley: The Movement Deluxe Edition. Not too shabby for a low-key birthday!
