Nick Cannon To Host Weekly Radio “Countdown” Show

Nick Cannon is following in the footsteps of Casey Kasem, announcing on Thursday that he will soon be hosting a weekly syndicated radio countdown show for CBS Radio stations.

The show will be broadcasted by Citadel Media throughout various US Markets.

Cannon is currently the host of  New York’s 92.3 NOW AM radio show, Rollin’ with Nick Cannon, while Cannon’s Countdown will be featured in the following markets:

New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Houston, Atlanta, Washington, Detroit, Phoenix, Oklahoma City, New Orleans and Little Rock.

Nick is excited to start his new show, stating:

“CBS Radio has been an incredible partner. With the success that we’ve had together with my morning show on 92.3 NOW in the New York City tri-state I am thrilled to now have the opportunity to reach radio listeners nationwide with my new ‘Cannon’s Countdown’ show.”

The syndicated radio show will debut on April 23.
