It was a bittersweet conclusion or Tendulkar, who said he has been playing cricket his entire adult life.
“It’s hard for me to imagine a life without playing cricket because it’s all I have ever done since I was 11 years old,” he said in announcing his retirement.
But the match itself was anticlimactic, as India solidly defeated their counterparts.
Sunday’s match takes place at VDCA Cricket Stadium, Visakhapatnam. It is scheduled to start at 13:30 local time, 8:00 GMT.
