Nina Agdal Didn’t Learn Anything About Love From Adam Levine

Nina Agdal and Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine famously struck up a relationship not too long ago. Like most celebrity couples, the two would famous part ways.

Although the singer and the Victoria’s Secret model were reportedly in love during their time together, Agdal said she didn’t learn much about the subject while dating the guy.

“I am 21 years old, and I don’t think anyone who is 21 knows what love is about yet. I think love just happens. It happened to them and I’m happy for them,” she recently explained to Ocean Drive magazine.

The model added, “If something is meant to be, then it will be. I feel like so many young girls have this idea of a relationship or marriage or love and [they] don’t even know. We are 21 years old, okay? Go out, have a tequila, and stop worrying about it.”

Not too long after Nina Agdal and Adam Levine split up, the singer found love once again in the arms of another Victoria’s Secret model. The Inquisitr reported back in July that the Maroon 5 frontman announced his engagement to former girlfriend Behati Prinsloo. However, Agdal seemed to take the news in stride.

“Nina is doing fine. But it’s hard to believe he went from not wanting to get married at all to a straight-up proposal,” a source told the folks at E! Online.

Nina Agdal also discussed her career with Ocean Drive magazine. Although she has more than a few admirers because of her appearance, the model really wants everyone to know that she’s approachable and completely down to earth.

“I feel like people see me as this girl next door, and that comes across in my photos. I want girls to be able to relate to me, and I think that’s why a lot of commercial clients like me, because I’m just like everyone else,” she told the publication.

However, Agdal admitted that she isn’t above getting a little plastic surgery if the need arises. According to her, this sort of elective surgery can enhance a person’s self esteem.

“If something is bothering you and it’s not going to completely destroy your face and look like you have massive wind hitting you, then it’s fine. If you’ve had kids and you want your boobs lifted a little bit, of course you should get them lifted. When you get older, if it makes you feel better, I’m totally for it,” the model explained.
