Tori Spelling Calls Out Katie Holmes For Being ‘Plastic’

Tori Spelling knows how to hold a grudge, as Katie Holmes is about to find out.

In her sensational new tell-all book, Spelling It Like It Is, Tori is going after the Dawson’s Creek actress for a perceived slight that took place years ago at vocal coach Eric Vetro’s music studio.

As Radar Online reported, Tori and Katie were once friends, but that changed all because of a bad vibe Tori received at their meeting.

“As I sat waiting outside his music room, I heard his prior appointment working with him in the other room. It was some actress singing horribly off-key,” Spelling explained. “That made me feel better. I heard him say goodbye and then the actress walked out of the room. It was Katie Holmes.

“I didn’t know whether we should hug or shake hands. But the signal from her was immediately clear: Don’t even come close. I instantly got nervous. We clearly weren’t going to catch up on the last 10 years. And we certainly weren’t going to talk about her husband, Tom Cruise.”

Tori Spelling said she tried to talk about their children — Tori had children around Suri’s age — but Katie apparently didn’t know that Tori had kids. That was the final straw.

“Come on. OK, I know you’re busy. But you’re in the public eye. Don’t tell me you don’t follow the tabloids. Don’t tell me you don’t know anything about other celebrities and their kids,” Spelling wrote. “Then we stood there. She was just plastic. In a perfectly polite way…. My pits were drenched. I never sweat. It was that awkward. I thought, I know you’re not a robot because you can’t sing for shit.”

Tori added that ultimately she “felt sorry” for Katie Holmes, saying she must have been miserable in real life.

In the book, Tori Spelling may have revealed the reason for the gossipy tell-all — she needs money. In the book Spelling wrote that they are too poor to pay for a vasectomy for her husband, and that her children are forced to wear hand-me-downs.
