Justin Bieber: Beer Photos Reportedly Trigger Texas State Investigation
Justin Bieber, otherwise known as the world’s most scrutinized teenager, has reportedly set off a state investigation in Texas after pictures of him holding a beer in a club surfaced.
The “Heartbreaker” superstar was snapped with a bottle of Dos Equis in his hand while partying with pals at Nox Houston on Friday (Oct. 18), TMZ reports.
The website says management at the club insist Bieber was not served alcohol and only drank water.
But photos of the underage 19-year-old with an open bottle of Dos Equis may indicate otherwise.
TMZ says a rep for the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission has confirmed a complaint has now been filed over concerns Justin may have illegally drank alcohol at Nox Houston.
If authorities do decide the club broke the law and illegally served Bieber alcohol on its premises, they could be penalized with a hefty fine and have their liquor licence revoked.
Either way, it’s reported Justin will not face any legal sanction as he was not caught in the act.
Later that same evening, the teen star was spotted at Houston’s local gentlemen’s club VLive with boxing champion Floyd Mayweather and friends, according to multiple outlets.
Exotic dancers working at the establishment subsequently tweeted about alleged encounters with the Canadian.

Meanwhile, Bieber’s latest single “Hold Tight,” his third release from his 10-week “Music Mondays” series dropped on Sunday and since racked up numerous No. #1’s on iTunes charts around the world.
Lady Gaga’s new single “Do What U Want featuring R. Kelly,” dropped at midnight on Monday, taking the top spot on iTunes US, Canada, Mexico, and New Zealand.
